Payment
We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card via PAYPAL ONLY, Postal
Orders, Bank Transfer and Cheques. Once an auction finishes our system
will send an Invoice with detailed payment information to your
REGISTERED E-BAY E-MAIL ADDRESS. Please make sure the e-mail address you
have registered is correct.
Cheques take 4 working days to clear, this means that if a cheque is
banked on a Monday, it will clear at Midnight on Friday. Weekends & Bank
Holidays are not classed as Working Days.
Once an item is shipped our warehouse will e-mail you with the delivery
details. Most shipments can then be tracked on-line.
INVOICE & WARRANTY - As a fully registered UK Limited Company, we will
issue a full VAT Invoice which is e-mailed to you as a PDF document at
the time of despatch. The invoice will also show the warranty associated
with the product purchased.
Please keep this as it is your proof of purchase and will be needed
should you ever need to register a warranty claim. |

Shipping
Goods
are despatched as soon as possible after cleared payment has
been received. Please note we cannot offer collections as stock
is shipped directly from our warehouse..
Delivery is by a PREMIUM NEXT WORKING DAY (MON - FRI)
COURIER SERVICE - SATURDAY & AM deliveries are available at
extra cost.
Please note this is next working day after despatch. We aim to
send all goods within 5 working days of cleared payment being
received, the majority of shipments are send within less than 24
hours.
Once goods are sent we will E-Mail you with information
of how to track your shipment on-line.
Quoted delivery is for UK Mainland - please E-MAIL
for N.Ireland, Scottish, Channel Isles etc - £20 Courier
Surcharge.

Warranty
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. However we
must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
We want all of our customers to be delighted with the product purchased.
Unfortunately items do get knocked in transit and can arrive faulty or
damaged. We will EXCHANGE any product at OUR EXPENSE should this happen
within the first 30 days of purchase.
If a problem is found within 30 days of purchase, please e-mail directly
to warehouse@bestpricetrading.com - they will contact you and arrange to
have the problem sorted out for you.
We always state within our auctions the warranty associated with any
product. Should an item become faulty within the stated warranty period,
and after our 30 day exchange / refund scheme, the item will usually
need to be returned to us as the dealer. We will then arrange a repair
with the appropriate manufacturer / service centre and return the item
to you. The item is returned to us at your expense-we will return the
repaired item to you at our expense.
